Just two questions. Can we bring AI Partners in the Free Exploration Missions? It’s the terminal next to the Multiplayer Missions Terminal. You can use the MP feature to play with other people but you can also bring AI Partners in MP missions. For some reason though, I can’t bring my AI Partners in the Exploration ones but I can bring other people.
Second question, I run the game in English, but choose Japanese Voices in the main menu. Play the game and it’s all fine (English text and Japanese voices). However, when I save and exit, and play the game the next time the voices revert back to English. How do I fix this?
Can I ask you how you were able to use the MP feature.

I don’t play MP. I just play the game as-is installed by the repack. As-is you should be able to access the Multiplayer Mission console as well as the Exploration Mission consoles without any other players to play with aside from the NPC Partners.
As for actual online multiplayer, I read/heard that you just have to copy the provided crack (it’s in a folder I forgot what name).
It should be something like NoDVD folder.
Inside is SSE folder.
Copy all the contents of the SSE folder and paste it over your game directory. You should be asked to overwrite some stuff (backup first).
After that, edit the SmartSteamEmu.ini and put your own player name and language settings there.
Run the game via DXM-SSE exe
At least that’s what I know.
Thank you for your fast reply! I apologise for not being clear. I don’t want to play online multiplayer (as in with other people). I want to use the multiplayer console with AI. But I can’t do that for the above mentioned reason.
U have said in ur reply that u can play the multiplayer as is and I can’t. Before this I had downloaded the game in codex. Does this affect the console? Thank you for your help.
What exactly are you trying to do to play? Once you’re in the garage, go to the console, select your Partner Settings (the NPCS), then create a room.
You should be able to make a room and set the members to 1 instead of 4.
Make it Friend Only or Private just not Public.
Then choose your mission and ready for deployment.
You don’t need to access player lists or friend lists to do MP Missions and Exploration Missions. Note that Exploration Missions can only be done Solo without NPC as it is apparently Player-Only.
Sorry for taking so long to reply. When I go to the console and select the first option (forgot what it’s called lol) and select create room , select mission , change to 1-player for partners it just says an error has occured.
I am going to erase the save games and try again.
Hey, I’ve followed your steps, but it seems I still can’t make a room. Maybe it’s the SSE settings or something else. Can you help me?
You don’t need to use SSE or fiddle with its settings. The game should work okay even making rooms for just yourself and NPC partners without having to fiddle with cracks after installation.
1>For starters, to make sure you’re starting with a clean slate, back up your saves first (you’ll want to find those yourself).
2>Then, uninstall the game, removing whatever remains in the game folder after un-installation.
3>Install the game. NOTE: You don’t have to copy any crack.
4>Run the game via the shortcut automatically made OR run via “DXM.exe” in the game folder. DO NOT USE DXM-SSE.exe.
This should allow you to start the game. Make a new save for now, then beat the Story’s Tutorial Mission first.
After beating tutorial (the Arsenal aptitude test if I remember correctly), try the Multiplayer Missions terminal. You should be able to see the following after entering the only option available (It’s either “Online” or “Local” I don’t remember which as I have the game on PC and Switch and can’t check now):
Co-op Play <---This is where you choose a mission. Versus Play Rankings Friend List Partner Settings <--Select your NPC Partner here first. Chat Settings After choosing the mission you'll be back in the Garage and you can hold the TAB button (or whatever you set it in controls) to say you're "READY TO DEPLOY". There will be a countdown, then you will be sent out to the mission.

Hmm… That’s weird. Tried playing mine today and it was straightforward. If you can be patient, try downloading the repack made by Fitgirl from fitgirl-repacks.site and do the steps I told you again. That and this repack are from the same scene release (CODEX) so you can apply any CODEX updates to that as well in the future just like with DODI repacks. Read the instructions on how to install Fitgirl repacks properly though before installing that. I’ve tested that one and it’s safe and working as well.

What OS are you using? I assume you’re using Windows 10 64-bit because that’s a requirement and you seem to be able to play the game. If you installed Fitgirl’s repack after following the proper installation instructions (verifying the repack files with the included verification program first), you should be able to play via the created Shortcut. That’s all I really just did. Do you use any kind of antivirus? Might wanna turn that off or exclude all the .exes in the game folder.

Oh, I thought I could use my save data, turns out I need to make a new one and beat the tutorial. I actually used DXM-SSE.exe because I thought I can play multiplayer with it.

BTW, can I put my save data after beating the tutorial? I’m worried when I put my save data, it won’t let me play the multiplayer again & I have to start over using the new data.
I think our problem is that under the multiplayer there is only online option to click to. I don’t see local option at all. Do You think the latest fitgirlrepacks fixed this?
Does this include the PreOrder DLC items such as the Prototype Arsenal and Prototype PlugSuit?
