In this 1968 sequel, the setting moves to Urban Jungle. Two campaigns, the Vietnamese and the Americans fight in this first person shooter campaign. The game uses a graphics engine similar to the first. The game plays like a War First Person Shooter.

The game takes place during the Vietnam War. A time period of the Tet Offensive launched by North Vietnam. You are a one-man Rambo, avoiding sniper fire from enemies. The game has a movie-like quality with several cutscenes and colorful dialogue from squadmates.
