V-Rally 4It is the fourth entry in the rally game series. The title was developed by Kylotonn Entertainment and debuted sixteen years after the release of the third game in the series. The title was published by Bigben Interactive.

The game features more than fifty cars (including Porshe 911, Porshe Safari, Ford Mustang and Ford Focus RS RX) that can be unlocked by progressing through career mode. Vehicles can be modified: players can modify their statistics and adapt their appearance to individual preferences.

While controlling the cars, players participate in some competitions. In addition to the regular rallies (which take place, among other places, in Japan, Africa and Sequoia Park in the United States), there are Buggy, Rallycross (here under the name V-Rally Cross), Hillclimbing (players are climbing by controlling the stronger vehicles) and Extreme-Khan (a variation of Gymkhana, tests that require precision and skills to perform spectacular drifts) available.

The slopes present a varied environment: roots develop on muddy slopes, forests, snow and asphalt.
