starfieldis a role-playing game set in a science fiction universe. It was developed by Bethesda Game Studios, the team behind the hit series The Elder Scrolls and, since 2008, Fallout. It marks the studio's first all-new franchise in 25 years.

Starfield is set in the distant future, in the era of space colonization. In 2310, The Settled Systems (a small part of the Milky Way, located about 50 light years from the Solar System) were shaken by a bloody conflict between two factions: the United Colonies and the Freestar Collective.

The war eventually ended with an uneasy truce, although The Settled Systems became a hostile and dangerous place as a result.

The game itself begins 20 years later. We begin the game as a member of Constellation, an organization dedicated to exploring the Milky Way and uncovering its mysteries. During our travels we will explore almost the entire galaxy and learn humanity's greatest secret.

It can be played from the first person perspective (FPP) or third person perspective (TPP). The game begins with an extremely complex character creator; We can configure our protagonist's appearance, pronouns, and backstory (which determines his three starting abilities). We can also select some traits.

These give us additional bonuses, although also at the cost of some weaknesses. For example, the homeowner trait allows us to use a house from the beginning of the game, but also imposes a considerable loan on us to pay off. After creating our character, it is time to begin a huge and frankly overwhelming adventure.
