Silent Hunter 4: Wolves of the Pacificfrom Ubisoft Studios is another installment in a highly acclaimed ship simulator series, among players and critics alike. This time the sea lions hunt armored "game" in the waters of the Pacific Ocean.

You play as a US Navy officer who, as a submarine captain, attempts to turn the tide of the war in favor of his country. You go through a series of missions given by the headquarters, fighting battles against the Japanese fleet in the Pacific Ocean. The fourth installment of the series reiterates the advantages of the previous games, at the same time presenting a couple of new features. The two most crucial are: increasing the dynamics of the campaign and changing the way you interact with the crew.

Some of the solutions implemented in the game allow for greater immersion in a large-scale conflict. Maritime traffic is larger, including not only Japanese and American ships fighting each other, but also convoys and other vessels from allied or neutral countries pursuing their own objectives.
