Sanctum 2is the sequel to the popular indie game released in 2011. Like its predecessor, the game is a hybrid of the tower defense FPS and RTS genres and was developed by Coffin Stain Studios.
The basic premises of the game are based on the typical tower defense formula. On each map, there is a power core, which has to defend itself against subsequent waves of raiding aliens. Completing this objective will require us to build various defensive structures, such as turrets or lasers, which can be improved with the points we earn to eliminate each attacker.
The key to success is to set up the buildings in a way that extends the path the aliens must travel, giving our towers more time to deal with the intruders.
