Saints Row 2is an official sequel to the 2006 action game for PC/Windows that in many ways references the Grand Theft Auto series. Since the sequel is mainly based on proven ideas, it does not introduce too many revolutionary changes, but rather expands on some of the game's elements. Once again, we take on the role of a gangster who belongs to one of several competing gangs. We participate in jobs that involve winning illegal races or eliminating members of rival factions.

As we progress, we acquire respect points, which are necessary to unlock new missions, as well as money that can buy better weapons, vehicles or clothing. We don't take most missions by ourselves, but rather as a group. Taking control of the city districts is of great importance as it allows us to expand our influence. The game was developed by Volition, the creators of The Punisher and Red Faction series, among other titles.

The action of the sequel takes place several years after the events presented in the original Saints Row. The freely traversable city of Stilwater becomes our battlefield once again. The protagonist we know from the previous title wants to take revenge on the traitors so he lost their influence and got into serious trouble.
