"Bowling"in the Arctic is a little different than the temperate version of the sport, however. In Polar Bowler by WildTangent Studios, PB plays the role of the ball. At each stage, he is eased into an inner tube and let shot through Slingshot through the ice and into pin formations that are scattered around.
Making a strike in Polar Bowler takes some observation skills and a good pinch of luck. The PP's biggest enemy is loss of momentum, since your turn ends when it comes to an end. As you might expect, maintaining speed can be a tough business. There are objects galore to crash into, and even sliding on ice and snow can be enough to end a race.
