NiOhFor PC Spanish it is an action game created by the famous Japanese studio Team Ninja, known for titles such as Dead or Alive and the Ninja Gaiden series or Metroid: Other M. Studio belongs to the company Koei Tecmo, which took care of editorial matters . Interestingly, one of the game's producers is Kou Shibusawa, one of the founders of Koei, which combined with Tecmo in 2009, creating a current corporation.

NiOh was officially announced in 2005 and was supposed to be one of the initial titles for the PlayStation 3 console but however, development didn't go as expected and we didn't hear about NiOh for a while.

The story of NioH takes place in an alternate version of the Sengoku era (15th to 16th centuries). The Japanese provinces are in the middle of civil war, and a new great danger has appeared in the form of dangerous demons called yokai. Meanwhile, a blonde western warrior named William arrives in Japan in his search for Edward Kelly.

We play as a samurai fighting various enemies, both human and non-human. To prevail in battles against monstrous enemies, the hero must use not only his skills but also an enchanted power on his sword. The gameplay resembles a mix between the Onimusha and Dark Souls series, forcing the player to act cautiously, dodging and blocking, as well as attacking quick and deadly blows.
