Players accelerate near-vertical mountains, jump over chasms, and plummet hundreds of feet to the trail below through 14 extreme off-road courses in Nail'd. Arcade-style action finds players climbing aboard a variety of quads and dirtbikes and then racing through fantastical landscapes at breakneck speeds.

The Nail'd physics engine allows for full control of vehicles in the air, allowing players to shorten or lengthen their jumps and change their descent angles to shave precious seconds off their lap times. Players can customize their vehicles with a variety of parts, components and design schemes, and then head online to compete in multiplayer action in 12 races and global tournaments.
