Metal Gear AciD 2 includes a new arena mode where players can take on a variety of boss characters, many of which have been taken from previous games in the Metal Gear Solid series.

Players can also pair up with a friend in Ad-hoc mode for head-to-head tag matches with their custom decks of cards. The developers have focused on a number of visual enhancements to engage players in the handheld game, with cel-shading graphics for a comic-book look, more varied animations and 3D effects brought to life with the exclusive Solid Eye viewer. .
