MagickaIt is a conventional slashing and slashing bar based on Norse mythology. It was developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and is distributed through digital distribution channels (Steam, Xbox Live). We take on the role of a young wizard and participate in a crusade against an evil sorcerer who tries to conquer the peaceful universe of Magicka with the horde of monsters he summoned. The main plot is divided into 11 extensive missions.
One of the most important aspects of Magicka is the combat. Since we play as a wizard, we fight mainly using magic spells and enchantments. We gain access to new ones not only through learning, but also thanks to various items found when exploring the world. Everything is complemented with a pinch of very good humor.
Magicka also comes with a co-op mode for up to four players. Competing as part of a team is much more interesting due to the need to apply effective tactics. An example: one party member casts a protection spell that creates a protective circle of stone, while the others are destroying incoming enemies with their magic.
