LEGO 2K Drivefor PC takes place in Brickland where the player controls a rookie driver on a journey from zero to hero, aspiring to take on the infamous Shadow Z and win the Sky Trophy. Before doing so, they must first face other rivals.

LEGO 2K Drive is set in a vast open world. It is made up of a variety of locations, such as the lush Turbo Acres, the badlands of Big Butte County, and the waterways of Prospect Valley. Each area hosts many wacky races, various mini-games and special challenges; Those who wish can also search for collectible and destructible items.

However, racing is the most important aspect of the game. To cross the finish line we must master drifting (sliding around corners), use shortcuts and nitro, as well as collect power-ups. Vehicles can change shape (from cars to boats and back again), meaning that tracks often move from streets to off-road terrain or even water.
