Inmatesis a narrative psychological horror adventure game published by Iceberg Interactive. It is the first title created byDavit Andreasyan.
The main protagonist of Inmates for PC/Windows is Jonathan, a man who wakes up from a nightmare in a suspicious cell. He has no idea how he got here and if he is really awake. He is accompanied by a mysterious voice from a radio. Jonathan is forced to uncover the mystery of the ruined facility.
The gameplay of Inmates for PC/Windows is similar to the gameplay of adventure games like Amnesia: The Dark Descent. The player is exploring shadowy locations while trying to uncover the facility's secrets.
On his way he is solving strange puzzles. Instead of scaring the player with monstrous enemies, the game creates a dark melody with disturbing scenes observed by the main character. Interaction with the environment, necessary to uncover the mysteries of the game, is of key importance.
