House Flipper 2 PC

House Flipper 2for PC is a construction simulator developed by the Polish studio Frozen District, formerly known as Empyrean. It is a sequel to the game House Flipper released in 2018. The player again plays as an investor renovating apartments purchased with his own hands.

House Flipper 2 once again puts us in the role of an investor who buys old and dilapidated houses, renovates them with his own hands and resells them at a higher price. As in its predecessor, the gameplay is based on receiving orders from customers and satisfying their needs. Different clients have different preferences regarding the layout of the rooms and the decoration of the apartment.

We observe the renovation process from a first-person perspective. Using various tools, such as hammers or brooms, the player is tasked with bringing the damaged or neglected item to a usable state. We have to clean, tear down walls, install electrical appliances, buy and put up new furniture. The better we do it, the more the client will pay us. Many boards contain secrets or unique objectives that modify the game.
