In Global Ops Command Libya an atomic bomb has reached the regime in Libya. Now they are probably planning a terrorist act against the US and the CIA sends two of their best men to recover the bomb. The player takes the role of West, the other soldier Pope is controlled by the AI.

This is a third-person shooter in which the player walks through linear levels while shooting many enemies. Essential is the use of the cover system that allows for health regeneration when West is injured. The player can carry up to two weapons and sometimes has to solve vehicle-based sequences. The nine levels take place in Greenland, North Africa and Libya.

This is a plot-driven squad-based third-person shooter with contemporary reference to the current Libyan conflict. The player is part of a special team that has to stop the threat of an atomic catastrophe by Arab terrorists, either on a solo mission or with his artificial intelligence companions.
