Forgive Me Father 2is a direct sequel to the old-school FPS from 2022. Like its predecessor, it was developed by Polish team Byte Barrel. The game was published by Fulqrum Games.

The game is once again set in a gloomy world inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos. The main protagonist is the murderous priest known from the first game. With barely any sanity left, he searches for redemption and a way to recover. His journey takes him through nightmarish locales and hordes of humanoid and supernatural enemies.

In terms of gameplay, Forgive Me Father 2 doesn't differ too much from the first game. Once again, we cross locations of different linearity while dispatching hordes of bloodthirsty enemies.

In combat, we use a diverse arsenal of weaponry consisting of firearms (revolvers, rifles, shotguns), swords, and thrown objects. Weapons can be upgraded even further than in the first game, making them even more powerful.

There is also no shortage of special powers related to the protagonist's descent into madness. These are unlocked by progressing through the main story, while their skillful use can give us a huge advantage over enemies. This becomes more important, as our enemies can now also evolve, becoming increasingly stranger and more dangerous.
