FIFA 18for PC introduces a series of changes in relation to whatFIFA 17had to offer. Real Players Motion technology is the biggest novelty here. It is a system that governs the animations of the footballers; Interestingly, Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid was one of those who helped develop this technology.

The system makes virtual representations of top footballers look, move and behave in virtually the same way as they do in the real world. However, not only the most popular footballers are covered by the system, since the RPM technology takes into account different factors, such as a footballer's height or his attributes, so the system affects the performances of other players.

For example, a big and strong defender almost always wins against a weaker footballer, although if the latter is well trained, they also have opportunities against the opponent. Interestingly, big, creative players like Lionel Messi are significantly better at handling the ball - they stick close to it and do a better job at feinting than less talented footballers.
