Divinity Original Sin IIfor PC/Windows is a conventional RPG played from an isometric view offering a high level of difficulty and a turn-based combat system, the game is the fifth complete installment in the Divinity series, and constitutes a direct continuation to the well-known received Divinity: Original Sin, which came out in June 2014 Similar to the predecessing game, Divinity: Original Sin II was created by Larian - a Belgian development studio.
It's also worth noting that the production process was partially funded through a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter (more than $2 million was raised).
The player is taken back to a fantasy world known as Rivellon, although the story is set about a thousand years after the events depicted in Divinity: Original Sin (just after Beyond Divinity).
However, this time the player takes on the role of a character who uses the power of the Source - in contrast to that, the predecessor game placed the player in control of two hunters who were after the adepts of this forbidden magic. The conflict between the two groups continues, and the player-controlled character is in the path of the Order representatives trying to locate them.
