Beowulf The Gameis a game based on Robert Zemeckis' animated film adaptation of the poem Beowulf. The game combines elements of the Tomb Raider and God of War series.

The player makes his way through a series of episodes commanding his band of merry Thanes through a small selection of commandos. Beowulf can sing with his band to increase morale and maximize damage, activated through a rhythm button matching minigame. There are more singing-like mini-games throughout the game. Some appear right in the middle of combat while trying to deal with a large monster similar to the sequences in God of War.

In the game you can pick up enemies with brute force and throw them in any direction, even at other enemies. You can also rotate weapons by picking up new ones, lying on the ground or in weapon racks that can be found in many places. Also in combat, Beowulf can go into carnal mode, which increases his strength but demoralizes Thanes, so players won't be able to use it often or the entire kingdom will be sad and sad.
