Batman: Vengeanceis the latest adaptation of Batman's exploits, based more on the movies than the comics. After defeating the Joker, the hero and defender of Gotham City is the target of another plot. All types of criminals become stronger, intending to take control of the city and introduce complete anarchy. The Batman slowly discovers the link connecting the seemingly unconnected events, but is then accused of murdering Commissioner Gordon, forcing him into hiding. Now, pursued by the police, Batman must find and defeat an enemy in hiding to clear himself of all charges.

For the first time, players can traverse Gotham City completely in 3D and use all sorts of Batman gadgets, including the BatGrapple, BatScope, Batarang, BatLauncher, flashbangs, and more.

The game successfully mixes different elements: adventure, combat, FPS, racing, flying and puzzle solving. There are 19 large maps to explore, where we can move both on the streets and on the rooftops. The story also features a total of 40 minutes of cinematic scenes delivered by The New Batman Adventures voice actors.
