Air Missions HINDoffers a single-player campaign, however, the missions it comprises are not connected by any deep story, as such.
The briefings that take place before each mission are limited to a compact description of the situation on the battlefield and the player's objective.
The game does not even present the identity of the adversaries with whom you have to fight. The only clue that tells us about the reality of the game is the location a player is sent to and the date: one learns these details before each mission.
The objectives that a player has to complete are quite diverse: they include clearing the way for allied ground units, supporting other troops in battle against enemy forces, advancing towards enemy artillery positions, and attacking hostile convoy vehicles.
There are times when the seemingly simple missions have some adjustments: when assaulting a structure where the enemy has captive allies, one cannot use the standard missile arsenal as direct bombardment could harm the hostages.
