I also found Stella-Adapter.exe in the same folder, plus multiple persistence entries that had been added to Windows Startup (.bat, .hta, and .lnk) and a Windows Registry Run entry that automatically launched Stella-Adapter at login.This was more than a typical crack/patch detection inside the game folder. The files established automatic startup persistence outside the game's directory. I strongly recommend not running this download.
