yeah already tried that.. if you had read..
maybe because i have multi core pc
now downloading fully updated version
full game installer – v1.3
has 1.3 hotfix included

1.3 Hotfix (11 July 2018)
[WIN] fixed game not starting on certain multi-core CPUs (credits to jackfuste)
[WIN] fixed settings not being saved in Russian version
