Maybe you can add some… language selector.exe that change the language automaticly. Im not that expert so i can’t help you :/

Also this is amazing, for years i never was able to play it ’cause the arsuf/jerusalem old error.

Now i have windows 7 64 bits.

In the installation folder there is an installscript.vdf file that you can open with notepad (thanks to kimidori for the info)

It says that there it should be a route in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ubisoft\Assassin’s Creed\GameUpdate

Now, this is the funny thing, i dont even have an “Ubisoft” Key (folder icon) in my registry anywhere.

So i have to create the whole route, where?
in regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE >

Click on Wow6432Node then do right click add a new key called Ubisoft <- click /right click and add the Asassins’ creed key, now look to the right, next to (default) do right click and create a new chain value, name it as Language, press enter, open it and write the language you need with Capital letter.

2. game wont start or some error, go to the installation folder and execute AssassinsCreed_Dx9.exe
If persist, well:
-Execute it as admin and in properties change the compatibily to win7 or win xp

3. Language. Use windows key + R
run: regedit and go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Wow6432Node (ignore if you are 32 bits)
Ubisoft
Assassin’s Creed -> here, open language and change English for Yourlanguage.
GameUpdate (not here)

The directors cut is kinda annonying but it works for me.

1. Before install, uncheck the direcxt update and BE SURE to select the language you downloaded.

2. game wont start or some error, go to the installation folder and execute AssassinsCreed_Dx9.exe
If persist, well:
